If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the knife in its original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all paperwork and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
